Start of the Busy Season

Today will be the first wedding of my busy season. I went to their rehearsal yesterday and everything went well. The couples name’s are Courtney and Dustin and they make a cute couple. They have two little girls that I’m sure I’ll get lots of wonderful images of. They are getting married in Shepherdstown at Shepherdstown Presbyterian, a beautiful church that was built before the civil war. Courtney told me that her parents were married in the same church. They are having their reception at the newly renovated Holiday Inn Ball room and it looks great! I’ve shot many weddings there but this will be the first one since the renovation. Courtney has decided to go with my new style of proof album pictured below.

These new albums are great because I can put all the images from your wedding in them including the rehearsal and they cost the same as my old proof albums pictured below.

My week off

I took this week off because it was spring break for my son. I’m still communicating with my clients I’m just out a lot this week taking my son around to different local attractions. We went to the museum in Hagerstown to look at art and we walked around the park. It was still cold out so we didn’t stay long. We also went to the Galaxy Roller Skating rink here in Martinsburg for my son’s best friend’s birthday. It was a lot of fun. I haven’t been roller skating since I was a teen. If you are in need of a fun night out I suggest the roller skating rink. After the party my son’s friend spent the night and kept me up all night. I took the two of them to Shepherdstown to go shopping and then to Antietam Battlefield. We had a lot of fun. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy. I have also worked on some new images. Let me know what you think of them. I may start offering them as a portrait service. They would be cute and great for pets and young children.
