Rikki and Matt’s Engagement Session at Hagerstown City Park

I did a lot of engagement sessions in May and here is another one. I did Rikki and Matt’s session at Hagerstown City Park in Maryland and the day turned out perfect. I also shot her sisters engagement session at the park, too, a few years back. I’m so happy to be shooting for their family again. I always love to see how my couples have progressed after their wedding days. Rikki and Matt’s wedding will be in the fall, October 9, 2010. The ceremony and reception will be held at Hillbrook Inn in Charles Town WV, a location I’ve never shot at before so it will be new and exciting. Here are the images. I hope you like them.

Another Engagement session with Christian and Jason

Christian and Jason’s wedding will be October 31, 2010 at the Gettysburg Hotel which is exciting for me because I’ve never been there. I love shooting at new locations. The couple decided to do their engagement session at a friend’s home and this home is for sale and is beautiful if anyone is looking. I’d buy it myself but it’s a bit out of our price range *wipes a tear from her eye*. Here are a couple of pictures from the session.

Miranda and Cecil at Hagerstown City Park

I had a great time shooting with Miranda and Cecil at Hagerstown City Park. It was a beautiful warm day after several days of rain. They found me through another one of my couples from a few years ago. They will be getting married on August 7, 2010 and I can’t wait to shoot it. I hope you enjoy their images!

3rd Annual Scott Kelby Worldwide Photo Walk!

Last year, over 32,000 people in over 900 locations around the globe
participated. This year, we want each of you to invite your friends, family, and even
strangers to take part and help us make it the biggest and best one
yet!

What is a photowalk, you say?  It’s a social photography event where photographers get together (usually in a downtown area or trendy section of town) to walk around, shoot photos, and generally have fun with other photographers.

Does it cost money? Absolutely not! Once again it’s free—there is no fee to join this year’s Photo Walk. If you love photography, come and have a ball!

Do you have to be a professional photographer? NO! Everyone is welcome, even your grandma with her cane camera. If all you have is a throwaway camera or phone camera, come anyway and have a blast.

The date of the walk will be July 24, 2010. There are several locations to join the walk and participate. I’ve joined the Leesburg Walk if you want to walk with me!

To sign up for a walk go to this website World Wide Photowalk and I’ll hope to see you there!
